Estia Kogarah
Estia Health Kogarah is a newly built contemporary aged care facility located in Kogarah, inner Sydney. Architecturally designed with modern features and terraces with city views. We worked with interior designer Kate Beresford-Banks from B2 Property Solutions to Fit out this impressive 3 level home. The spacious, bright communal lounge areas and smaller, more intimate sitting areas on each level feature our comfortable Aspen lounge chairs and sofas, the stylish Georgia wing chair developed for this project and our contemporary little Venus tub chairs with button back detail. We also developed the stylish Ring coffee tables and consoles, inspired by our Piccolo tables, for this project in a mix of laminate and marble tops, in round, oval and rectangle, with metal bases. This home also has a cosy library, featuring our Cardinia high back armchairs and a cinema with our comfortable Belgrave chairs. The communal dining rooms feature our Amelia dining chairs and beautiful timber tables with marble look laminate inserts, while the stunning private dining room has a custom designed timber and laminate table made specifically for the project. The super comfortable Aspen and Ashley are the bedroom chairs paired with the Ring bedside cabinet developed to match in with the coffee and side tables throughout.
